I am Nastasia Khmelnitski, a certified systemic coach for Creatives and Artists, co-founder of WÜL MAGAZINE and WÜL Collective. I have worked closely with professionals from the field, navigating the challenges that rarely come up in industry conversations. I led teams at companies like TikTok and McCann in some of the most demanding and fast-moving commercial environments. What draws me to the creative and business worlds is working with people passionate about their work, who want more, and are ready to figure it out.

Choosing a creative career is a road of self-discovery and becoming, building something of your own, while not losing yourself along the way. Many of the most remarkable people in this industry are self-taught. Sometimes all is missing is a light shone in the right direction to a clear path forward. There is always a point where even the most driven person needs someone, who can help find what is waiting to be unlocked.
Systemic coaching can provide exactly that. It is a transformational journey of becoming. It offers tools that stay with you long after the sessions end, so that when the next challenge arrives you are better equipped to navigate through it. What happens in coaching is the mindset shift that becomes possible when you step back to see your situation from a different angle. The one that shows you the doors that were always there, waiting to be opened.
Why I Do This Work
Coaching was a professional journey for me as much as it was a personal one. Going through the process myself, studying coaching and working with a mentor coach, showed me what is possible. It helped me take a vision I had and move toward where I wanted to be. That experience is what brought me here. And it is what I want to make possible for the people I work with.
My Path Here
My path to coaching was not linear. I co-founded WÜL MAGAZINE and WÜL Collective with my husband. I know the structures, pressures, and challenges of the creative and commercial industries. I completed two Master’s degrees in Conflict Resolution and an MBA. I am a certified mediator and a systemic coach. I spent over a decade in senior marketing and strategy roles, leading teams, working with enterprise clients in eCommerce sector in markets across Europe. This gave me an understanding of how companies work, the impact a good leader has, and what it takes to build and sustain teams and businesses at scale.
